This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and tv. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost earring during my first visit. A great tip, always ask for assistance! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Super base for discovering London. It's 20 mins walk to the centre.

The whole room was well-kept with lovely bathrooms, every facility required including a great hair dryer, tea.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this good basic hotel. Our single room was en suite, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was marvellous and fab and the staff were courteous. This venue was in a pretty nice area. They had a quick check-in.

It's good small hotel with so efficient staff on every shift. The property has a magnificent location, near transportation options in London and both Pimlico underground and Victoria and palace theatre, where Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is beong performed.

Charming decor made our stay enjoyable, but the room felt a bit small.

Our room had little space apart from the bed and storage space for clothes was limited. There was no lounge area for guests.However, for people exploring London all day this would not be a problem.

Friendly Staff, Clean Room and Good Location

Small bed, noisy room and no toiletries. Poor for the price we paid.

The location was perfect - close enough to Victoria Station to walk yet far enough away to be quiet. Restaurants and pubs close by.

The welcome and desire to make us feel at home. They went out of their way to accommodate a gluten-free diet. We would recommend this hotel whole heartedly.

Super friendly front desk staff and a decent breakfast. Hotel is a great value, especially for those that don't spend much time in the room and prefer to explore the city. Rooms are tiny and the walls are thin. I had to sleep with earplugs.

Quite good location - appr 15 minutes walk from Victoria Station; bus stop on the front of the hotel; breakfast included; reasonable price; room was basic, but clean.

Walls are not soundproof.
